We’re looking for a Financial Manager with at least 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management to join AVP Group.

Your role:

• Maintain financial and management accounting in Odoo and InFakt

• Enter invoices, payments, cash operations

• Prepare P&L and cash flow reports for management

• Manage document flow and communication with outsourced accountants

• Work with multiple currencies (PLN, EUR, USD, USDT)

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of accounting and finance

• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

• Accuracy, responsibility, and a structured approach

• English or Polish for internal communication
